QUAD BIKING  

The surrounding terrain offer unlimited scope for off-road action. Quad-bikes are available locally with the option of 10 mins around a track (€5.50), or tearing off-road with a guide through the surrounding woods and fields, by which time your arms will feel like Popeye's. (€33 per hour or €43 for two persons on 1 bike). Driving licence required.

 Alternatively, for the youngsters and more tentative of us, there are beginner tracks, fully supervised.  €5.50 for 15 mins.
